Db Testing

Hi guys, just wanted to enquire about how to get a sound test done (dB) on my exhaust? Just need to know where its below 98dB

maklins sell a db tester i believe and is only about 12 quid.
1meter away from exhaust @ 45 degree angle 3000rpm

think thats right. sure some will either conferm that
