i know grizzly is good with cars - i may have to ask him

pip says he wants about 300 for the engine swapping ( about a days labour ) but i can get mine welded for about 150 - 200

so it all balances out - i havent even seen this white car yet - it may be asbad as mine underneath

i must admit i like the idea of the engine swap - but mines had a new clutch and new ABS - so all that would need taking across aswell - not sure how much time that adds to it all ?

once i have looked at the white one i will have a better idea

Sorry rich,  but you already have one i\'m sure you wouldnt really mind letting me hae it...   Its a shame to breat it,  not many TII\'s with 68k on it.  I\'d like to know how Pip knew there was more internal damage with out taking it apart.  If he knew it needed a rebuild when he got it, then new housings would be par for the course. (or 2nd hand ones)  The only way you would know there was more damage would be if he had cooked it.

any way if i will still buy for more than 400 quid!!  rich and i can have a thumb war:D
