What is better?

should i buy the apexi fc power comander or the Peter Farrells  Powertrain Management ? i have a 92 fd3s....

please tell me your experience....

i dont which is better but most people in the uk have the apexi so there are several people who can tune it.  Advice and support is therefore easier to get.  the two quickest ones in the uk are using them.
