Kia Sportage tranny into FB???!!!

I\'m sure i didn\'t dream one day that a mail i got from TurboFB mailing list said that the gearbox from a Kia Sportage can be fitted into an FB!i\'m not sure if that\'s for a GSL-SE(usa),or for a 12a.Being as i\'m convinced my gearbox is going to give up the ghost soon,this sounds like a viable alternative,especially as it\'s apparently very strong.Hope someone can confirm this,i\'ve been looking for a way to uprate my transmission for some time.And the hunt for an LSD continues...

they just fit the ring and pinion gears from the diff ... either y]that or someone is getting very mixed up !
