any use?

i\'m trying to learn more about my fd and came across this on ebay:

seems like it covers everything, but will it be any good? does anyone have any suggestions for alternative manuals? i want to learn all about the mechanics of the engine before doing any mods

At that price it can\'t be bad. Looks okay but everything will be based on US cars. There are some differances.
