Dvla - Cosmo 20B - CC ? Whats your reg\'d as ??

Hi

Who decides what cc equiv a 3 rotor is - how I might fill in the reg papers or some
daft bat on the other side of the counter ?
- the last thing I want is it being a 3.9 Litre monster (on paper)

my final reg, dvla took what I entered on the forms 0.65 x3...which http://www.dmrh.com.au/     also state.
..dvla didnt even want to see these docs, they just took my word for it....{nice to know for future..}

i had some prick at the dvla who changed mine from 1.3l to 2.6l when i went to get private plate put on my car!!
he wouldnt even giv me my V5 back as he was gonna send it off to get changed!!

wanted to correct him that an fc was 2.4 NOT 2.6 hehe.. but didnt as afraid he\'d sit on me.. n he was like 300+ pounds of McDs!!
