bigger rear brakes???

Can\'t you swap the front brakes to the rear and then bolt on bigger fronts? I have heard that being done as it keeps the brake bias as well as reducing the cost

Brunswick did this, so yes it can be.
 
But you dont keep the handbrake so officially it wont pass an MOT
 
It also took an awful lot of work to do, and unless you have a macine shop I wouldnt recomend it!  But then it also depends on whether you like a challenge or not!
