What oil..?

Hi,
What oil do you guys recommend for a TII? Getting a new (well, 64k) engine in at the weekend, so want something suitable!
Any suggestions?

I always used Castrol GTX good old mineral oil myself until I had the serious mods done.

Loud? Hell yes! :D

i use Mineral oil also.
