2b honest the grouping IMO is always a bit limited as either way when yer talkin top notch yer guna have to bend over http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_9.gif\' border=0> for wot it\'s worth i always try getting sum BS quotes with details equal to mine but by however many months etc out (in terms of birth http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008\' target=\'_blank\'>http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_2_126.gif\' border=0> etc) so as to be roughly equal with reality when takin quote out so i have a ball park figure then when reality stirkes search like billyooo for the best one.....

so what u reckon? to be honest £1500 is fine

:)

grouping dont really fuss me as i say the pulsar is 19/20

ncb is decent , no points etc so should be ok

Andyp

I was told that the rex was about two insurance scoring points under the Skyline (the skyline being one of the most expensive cars to insure on thier database).. always gonna be a 20 due to no traction control and if ya get it fitted thats seen as a mod and will cost ya more hehe

Matty you shouldn\'t have a prob mate.. just the age thing that may get in ya way as a lot of companies are 25 or over, some 30 now :(

you\'ll be fine thou, welcome to the fun! :D
The Beatles were prats.."Money can\'t buy me lovveeee".. utter rubbish. You can buy love here

Buy my car foo! :D

MattyGTI-R

i hope so

yep i kow the rx is just under the \'liner basically due to speed top end and no tc etc

anways i dont mind if its about £1k or so

just need to save up and get a decent one :D :rollin

woudlnt mind goin to a meet or somethign (down south) so i can have a look at some fds:D never sat in one etc closest ive been is an s13 lol

Andyp

go to santa pod at the weekend. If I go on the sunday I\'ll take ya for a zoom around the pods crappy roads hehe

I\'d be warned.. thats what made me buy one.. I blame Frith for all this... I got taken out in his and a week later I put my order in.. that was enough :D

ok the RX is the best looking jap car by a long way, however the pulsar is "ugly " due to functionality....:D

FDRZRich

If you\'re 23 then I think you\'re gonna have trouble even getting a quote unfortunately!! :(

The few insurance companies that would insure under 25\'s (Tesco, Direct line, not sure who else?) have recently changed their policy on import RX-7s and won\'t take out any new policies on them for under 25\'s.  I think they will insure a UK car, but then you gotta try and buy/find one!!

Best thing to do is ring a few companies up and find out!! ;)

MattyGTI-R

yes tescos have changed their policy no under 25s its liek the pulsar

ive a mate whos an insurance broker :)

but the pulsar willbe the same type of thing

import, high grouping, no one wants to touch it ect

i will be ok, im looking into about 12months from now

MintyFresh

Ive just turned 22 and im paying £1600 with 1 years no claims.  Thats tesco\'s though, and i got there before the policy changed.

MattyGTI-R

fingers xd i will have 5yrs ncb etc by next year and im not going to rushi nto buying the first RX i see, wnat to spend ab out £11k on a decent one:D
