600hp on pump gas .. achievable?

....Realiably.... i know its a piece of string.... I have a full bridgeport on my car.... all the supporting mods.... im running 509fwhp at 1 bar.. Just wondered if i\'d be shooting too high... Thoughts guys?

im running 550bhp at 1.15 bar on tesco and mine is fine. Problem with turning up boost is quality of fuel and i know a few on here mix a bit of race fuel in when turning boost up to be safe

There is no comparison, it is much more tuneable, you can iron out all the lumps thats with the Apexi, make it so much smoother in its drive and delivery. It opens up a whole load of options that you could never have with Apexi, and it will also give you more info about whats going on in your engine.
It lie the difference between a Mondeo and a Noble, both got the same engine and the wheels go round.

We ran a stock mazda engine at 1.6/7bar for over a year on a T78 with a mad customer driver always doing top speed runs! Pump fuel, eventaully blew on one rotor when boost spiked up to 1.9 for some reason.

As Gary said...........the Motec is from a different planet. Mapability, Traction Control, Launch Control, Data Logging etc etc etc and oh so Smooth in it\'s power delivery at low end and it just keeps going all through the rev\'s. The Dogs B******\'s. HTH.

and dont forget about the F Con Gold. I asked Jeff about this and he said no different to the Motec...apart from finding people to map them, where the Motec is a lot easier to find mappers

depends which model of Motec, I have the rotary model MR2 based on the M4 costs just under a grand, where as the Apexi if you can stil buy them are just under 600
