white fd3 at rotorstock5

saw a white fd at rotorstock i wasa there on the sat and it was also on the dwyb
it has a headlight conversion- twin headlights but with a cover that looks to flush the cap between the bonnet and wing
im not sure how to link a pic
anyone know if this is an off the shelf kit or did it have to be assembled from scratch?
