Restrictor pills cutting boost????

Ok just fitted these 2 pills into the actuator hoses, before i was getting 0.73 0.3 0.3ish boost pattern, fitting the pills shes only getting 0.5 0.2 0.2, whats going on? thought the pills wer there to allow the pressure to build up??
Any suggestions most welcoe cus i lost noooo

Fitting the pills will increase boost, not lower it!  Dont know whats going on there....
