Hi Andy and welcome,

If you dont want to carry out any mods the U/K car had seat rails that slid further back also a lot of our taller members find a smaller steering wheel helps with room .
All the best Clive

Thanks Clive & thanks for the info..

Does anyone with the UK spec seat rails mind me checking them for size?
Anyone in or near hertfordshire?

and also spacing the steering wheel out so it is closer otherwise you\'l be driving with straight arms.

Welcome aboard matey!

Have a look on the search, other tall types have asked the question before so you should find some info :)

Being a short-arse I dont have a problem, however fitting a steering wheel spacer or snap-off steering wheel kit will bring the steering wheel off your knees and a D shaped wheel will help more.  I think you may also be able to remove stoppers from some seat rails to allow you to push the seats right back to the rear seats.  Also tilt the seat back a fair bit.

HTH!
