This is an excellent idea for an FD because of the location of the stock sensor, which will heatsoak if the car is left idle for a while after a run..

Me thinks I will get on too..

Gents.

If you would like sensor and wiring loom connections I have them available for £25 posted to your door. This includes an installation booklet explaining how to check the callibration of your existing, and new sensor, and how to wire the sensor into your loom.

Jonathan

Is this still available?  Any more info on this?

And is it possible to just move the standard Sensor to the elbow with no ill effects to try and stop heat soaking of the sensor?

I have had one of these sensors for a while now. They\'re really good. And you don\'t really need to move them to stop heat soak, as they react so quickly you\'ll see them get cooler as you start moving. It\'s great!

Jonathan_F

These are available in limited numbers at the moment.

I you require a sensor, please email me at jonathan.f@hotmail.co.uk.

Don\'t think he\'s on here much anymore (If at all). It\'s a Triumph air temp sensor if that\'s any help.
