So i goto birch services at 8:20am on saturday morning

Just started me rex after 2 months,  sweet as a nut as usual..  filled up with juice and raring to go

the weather should hold out - so it should be a nice day - the car hasnt moved for about 6 weeks - so will be nice to get it out for a day

so do us guys have a stand? i remember last year i got onto a stand but i cant remember whos it was lol - anyway you have to be there by 9:30am no later

began to think wasnt going battery died on me got 1 from halfrauds started to take chrome battery box out as soon as connections came off battery posts alarm screamed,took box out sharpish put connections back on (fob wouldnt switch alarm off).eventualy whipped old battery out & stuck new one in.Couldnt get box to go in,gave up then positive terminal wouldnt tighten up & those stupid hook arrangements to hold battery in tray wouldnt lock underneath,gave up & took it slow to jet wash.back home polished then back into garage,got all but 1 side of chrome box in,undid & retightened hooks up went ok this time then undid & redid positive terminal ok now.
There must be a better way of holding battery in the tray you cant see where the hooks going & cant get your hand in to guide them.
good job had day off.

I might have a good think about this one, would love to come but I will see what the missus says. Done three in a row now and dont want to push my luck. ..........so I\'ll be coming then !!!  I\'ll bring a boot load of spares for those interested. (FC)

 have to be back in hull & out the house by 5.30 with time to change so latest leaving at  3.30 off for a nice meal & a few :guinness

well i\'m defo coming and packing the tent just in case. If anyone wants any spares then now is the time to chirp up. As long as i can get it in the boot then it will come.
So anyone going up the A1 ?  Dont mind meeting up at any point. Its about 2.5 hours for me which is ok. Only 125 miles so not so bad.  Anyone else staying over and doing ther Sunday ??
