Hi Scott

There will be a club stand sort off - I am talking with Donnington Park and I am trying to get it so all the rotaries park up together in the car park to the museum.

We will only have the club banner (not the gazebo)for this event.

If you want to go and see any race you will need to pay for that yourselves.

However there is no charge to go into the grounds and park up in the car park area.  I will confirm where this will actually be in the course of the week.

If you wish to go into the Car Museum, MRC will pay your entrance fee.

They have offered to do it for us for £5.00per person, Children 6-16 £2.50 and under 6 free.

The easiest way of doing this, after just speaking with the Museum staff is
for you to pay yourselves and then bring me your receipt and I will refund you back your monies on the day.

Hope to see you there
