im looking at some new wheels, will a 7.5j 45offset 18" wheel fit on a gen 1?
fronts 215/40/18 rears 225/40/18 i know 35\'s are closer but i dont want to go too skiny
im currently running 215/40/16 front with small spacer and 225/40/16 rears no problem 7j 45offset

thanks

hard to say. I\'d have a look on rx7club. Think there is a thread dedicated to wheels. I\'ve been considering the same question but with 17in alloys. I think 18\'s look too big on the 1st gen.

Does yours have the gsl rear end on ? The wheel offsets are all different through the range, as are the pcd and offset.

Been asking the same question. Answer may only to go to a nearby wheel shop and get them to stick one on. Bung them a couple of notes if need be !

lol, just found why you asked :Giggle

Go for it at a price like that, at least you should get your cash back if it doesn\'t work :D

? ive posted on aus and rx7club i know they run 17\'s and ive not seen many 17\'s with a 7jj width i can always go 35 profile to bring the overall size down very near to standard

gone for the 18\'s they should go with a 19mm spacer up front rears should be good with out

check this one out though 18 fronts and 19 rear (bit too gangsta!!!)
