Which gearbox and Diff oil to use?

Hey guys wondering if you can answer the above question. I use to use Castrol Syntrax in my last car and i think it was 75/90 but what do FD\'s take? Also what Diff oil should i use? And how much of both will i need?

you should try opie oils they are always really helpful //www.opieoils.co.uk
