I just hope who ever wrote the advert was intending the spelling to be funny too, otherwise someone needs to go back to skool,;)

guy called jamie supra who is on here and was on many supra forums is building that car.

Has the most hatest forum reputation ive every known - as before him i didnt know there was such thing.

Some people really have a grudge against the guy either for being gay or just for a number of things leading to an ab flug supra being built which wasnt the best lets say.

i think this is just another example of someone hating what he is doing to jap cars or the whole scene etc. also he did sell his supra for a ridiculous amount which i know poeple were angry at as they thought he really ripped the buyer off and perhaps whoever wrote that add is trying to avoid the same.

am i the only person who thinks the whole thing has been blown out of proportion.
So what - hes gay or models for gay magazines. I dont see what business that is of anyone elses tbh especially not on a car related forum
And secondly, yeah hes building a fortune 7 on the cheap...shock horror. Ive seen the kit and the car and yes, the cage is a bit grim, but otherwise, the kit is decent enough quality, with nice wheels and an alright interior (bar the "cage"). If he sells that car for anywhere near what the others are selling for, he\'ll have himself a tidy profit there so again, i dont see the problem. Im sure he made a tidy profit on that supra as well.

I almost feel sorry for the guy... i mean cmon, the bashing hes getting over the net is way OTT.

obviously the advert is a **** take and has now been removed. the police are also now involved........... aswell as this and connected there have been other more serious incidents that the police are investigating.
 
as for the supra............ i agree there were gaps etc but a lot less than the other one that was created using the same carbon kit.  as for if it was the guy that bought my supra................. well that was total imports who bought it and used it as their show car - they were very happy with the car and i remained in contact with them for some time after. Also they had the car with no further mods up for sale for £24k. The car was kind of a marmite thing.. some loved it and others hated it. thats life unfortunately. As for the price that the supra sold for - yes it was high - but i had two offers prior to the sale very close to the sale price - remember a car is worth what someone is prepared to pay. If people have a problem with the car going for a descent price thats not really my fault!
 
In relation to the RX7 - as most of you know from the work in progress threads the kit is genuine - i have been honest that i shopped around and got great deals 1st on the car, the kit and the wheels etc. i accept that the kit itself is not to everyones taste and thats fine. I personally love the fortune kit and i wanted to build a fortune Rx myself.
I could have bought the one that pigme bought............ but his is very high mileage and must be due a rebuild, it wasnt the colour i wanted (orange and blue) and i wanted a single turbo conversion aswell as interior mods and install. It worked out a lot cheaper resoursing the parts and having companies here do the work than paying someone else a premium to sell me a completed one. Also i wasnt 100% what condition it would have come in to the country! The kit was fitted by RGS and they have done a top quality job and they did quite a bit of engine work on the car. Ok it may have a T60 turbo but also an HKS intercooler, 850 injectors, power fc and commander, HKS plugs, walbr fuel pump etc etc

I think its quite pathetic that he comes on here and tries to discredit a fellow RX7 owner - esp someone who has spent a lot of time actualy doing a considerable amount of the work themselves on the car rather than just buying one already done and expecting glorification!.
