Compression Testing In Hertfordshire

Hello,

Can anybody tell me where i can get a compression test done that is local to me or the surrounding areas i.e. north london, i live in Hertfordshire (Hertford)

Try any Mazda dealer that deals with/services RX8\'s. You must have one or two  in your area?

Make sure said Mazda dealer knows what they are doing.  When I first bought mine i took it to Mazda, they did a normal compression test that was therefore useless and wouldnt refund my money.  About £70 down the pan, cheers Mazda

Fair enough point, Chris - maybe I should have been clearer. When I mentioned "services RX8\'s" I meant I\'d expect them to have access to rotary compression testing equipment, and know how to use it. But yes, "experts" should probably be the first port of call, but for a compression test, trained Mazda techs should be able to do it. (Famous last words!? :rollin )

call gates in Bishops stortford they sell rx8\'s and i think a few have rebuilt some Rx8\'s so id expect they could do it.
