Air pump removal

Hi all,
I have just removed my airpump and installed pulleys. My idle is now erratic. As far as the removal went i just plugged the air tube the pump connected to. i thought this would be ok but looking at this thread, there is alot that i havnt done. im making good boost .5 bar at 3800rpm and power the only problem i have is a very erratic idle, i do have a pfc. any help greatly appreciated.
