Is it possible to change rim size on a Split rim?

As above if you have a 2 or 3 piece split rim is it possible to change one of the layers to make the rim wider? does anyone know of a company that does this?

on a 2 piece wheel, you need to get a wider outer section. You\'ll find it tough to find one tbh and itll be fairly costly...
On a 3 piece you can get a wider outer rim with more dish or a wider inner rim. Either way you need to make sure the PCD for the split rim bolts is bang on otherwise they wont go back together. Its much easier to buy a wider wheel tbh... you could try image wheels as a starting point. if they dont do that sort of thing, then im sure they can point you in the right direction
