Adjusting Hks Hyper-d

Chaps, anyone know how to adjust HKS HYPER-D suspension. i am pritty sure i know how but i just want to make sure.
Also what way on the shock adjusting nut makes it softer/harder

im sure mine only had an adjustment for soft n hard? if this what u mean? if it is there the 2 knobs at the top of the suspention under the bonnet, not sure on the way to turn um but turn them fully one way then try bounching the front end, then turn the other way and do the same lol.. thats how i worked mine out :S o and the 2 large nuts on the shocks do the height adjustment..
