ive been looking for a t4 turbo for my fc3s turbo, and cant help noticing these cheap usa turbos on ebay.com.
do these perform well, i understand they might not last the distance but at that price they can be replaced at service intervalls.

the search button is your friend :Giggle

Although seriously they don\'t have a good rap. Do a search for xspower here and //www.rx7club.com and not many people have a good word for them.

All depends on your budget really, the turbo is only a very small element of the whole setup.

i had one on my rex . bag of sh1t. seals didn`t last long at all. boosted ok then as soon as you took foot off blue cloud behind. that was after about 2000 miles!! only running 0.9bar. don`t bother with it save for a better make dude
if i had 8 hour to cut down a tree. i`d spend 6 sharpening the axe

Might be worth having a look at the XS Engineering tubro\'s.

I went to see a car fitted with one when i was looking. I saw the turbo and already decided to walk, but thought i\'d have a look further. Found a few RR graphs in the folder of receipts - A mighty 10psi boost by...wait for it...4k - with a grand total of 300bhp. Nice...

i dont think ill bother then,
im looking to buy a hks t4 manifold,
what turbo do you recomend, im lokking for 300 bhp, ive done near everything else, just need more sustainable boost roughly 14psi max 21 on drag. thanks

I think best bang for buck kits are the Garrett GT35/40 Kits.
If you going for generic T4s, if you only looking for 300bp then the Garrett T04E turbo will more then enough with quick spool and cheap, easy good for 340rwhp which will give you 400 fly

I\'d investigate the GT3574 from A-spec too. Not a ball bearing turbo.

Got one coming................................
