Handling and Setup advice

Hi guys,
 
I wanted to know your opinions on ride heights, suspension stiffness, camber, toe and setups etc in all aspects eg, Ride comfort for road, Fast Road, Track and Drift.
 
I have HKS coilovers and 18" wheels but use stock 16s for racing which is mostly amatuer track days and airfeld days where most of the time is spent sideways or trying to be sideways.
 
I have had engine mounts done, diff mounts and i think i need the rear ones (not sure how many though perhaps all 18?)
 
so wanted to know your views, My car is very lively and perhaps mostly because of a lively rear and dead bushes at rear, it is also very nose down.
