Im with you on this one mate, i have the re-a headlight kit sitting in my spare room, and to be honest the jap instructions it came with aint much use!

Do you think a good body shop could fit them without instructions?
And what is the best way to make sure the plastic covers dont come flying off? i know they come with a tube of gunk, but would it be better to drill a few holes and screw them on? :2Confused

The hardest part is cutting those standard metal brackets rest will all make sense once you\'ve done that.  Use clear silicone for the covers, put some masking tape to bond them together and leave it to dry for few hours or over night...

mine came with double sided tape and silicone........attach the covers to the bases with the double sided tape.....let them seal for a few hours....then use silicone......afterwards and leave them overnight....the tape coupled with the sealant gives double adhesion...also makes it waterproof.....Tried using just the sealant and after a gave it a bit of a tug...it started coming off but with both of them.....No Chance:driving :chat
You should be a ble to fit them yourself as you just follow the diagrams on the instructions ....it is literally plug and play.....unless you have different instructions..........had mine fitted with HID\'s......bodyshop only charged me £40....for fitting and cutting.

Sound\'s like a great deal - My bodyshop lumped a £90+vat charge on mine and I had already cut and fitted the lights - the clusters only needed moving down slightly and the covers bonding on!

If you have the original RE-A instructions it shows you where to cut also.
