Oliver

Need some information.

I have two twin turbos, both will soon have the wastegates ported. I need to replace the damaged metal gaskets and all the cooper washers. Does anyone know of a turbo rebuild kit or someone who sells these parts separtely?? I\'m pretty sure I can find the cooper washers but the metal gaskets are most important.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply

Gary,
I looked at your website last night. The gaskets I saw on your page were listed as primary and secondary gaskets, maybe I missed it? but the gaskets I need are sandwitched between the wastegate/turbo\'s. Do you have these listed?
I also looked at the OEM Mazda parts catalog and as far as I could see, they do not have a part number and are not shown.

Matt, are your gaskets for the wastegate/turbo?

I\'ll have a look for you Monday, if I cant find them in my Mazda program, I will get Mazda to create the parts for me to include on our site.

Hi Oliver, hope your well.

Even if you can please do not get a Turbo rebuild kit as these need a specialist to rebuild them and they need to be balanced or they will fail, but any good Turbo company in Denmark should be able to service your Turbos

The copper washers you will get from anywhere as these are just normal metric washers.

To do the job properly you actually need two gaskets / N3A1-13-710 and N3A2-13-710 not cheap though at 93 euro and 58 euro

Hope this helps
All the best Clive

Gary,
This is not a rush. I have a complete twin turbo ready but let me know what you findout, thanks

Hello Clive,
All is well here hope the same for you.

The reason I asked for a rebuild kit, I couldn\'t fine the gaskets seperately so I figured I might have to buy a kit? I am trying to avoid rebuilding, like you said, I have heard it\'s not worth it. This is what I\'m doing. I have 3 sets of stock twin turbos. 1st set of twins just need to have the wastegate ported and bolted up...done. The 2nd set has damaged blades both primary and secondary. I am planning to port the wastegate on the 2nd set and swap the primary and secondary turbos from the 3rd set of twins. Would of liked to just port the 3rd set but the water and oil passages are pretty rusted but the turbos are fine. I\'d like to have a second set of turbos available for my racecar. Hell, I\'d really like to run single...ha! but can\'t swing that right now.
Here\'s a link I found, swapping the turbos.

Like you said, I found the copper washers at a local shop here.

N3A1-13-710 and N3A2-13-710 these gaskets are used when attaching the turbo to manifold, I need the 2 gasket that are sandwitched between the wastegate housing and turbo. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks Clives!
