Removing cat PLEASE HELP!!!

I have every thing loose and am ready to move on but there is a tiny wire that comes from under the center of the car that goes to the middle of the stack cat i was just wonder what this is and if it needs to be put on the new cat ? My new cat has no spot for this to be applied??:mad:

Hi I think this is for your heat light on the dash, mine was removed when I decated, if you have a hunt around the forum I am sure you will find a how to.

lets you know if your cat is bunged up.

It\'s the temp sensor afaik, most ppl who run with a decat pipe normally tie this up and pop it back in under the car anyway.
