Hi All,

Car failed MOT today for emissions

I got into the idle screen on the laptop and tried to adjust the fuelling but had no luck.

The car was idling at 20Hg with a value of 15.2 tried to lower this number but had no affect not sure if I\'m doing right :Nono!

Any help would be most appreciated

Hi Paul memory is a bit rusty but there is a page on the software for mixure trim lower this by 10% and try that rather than lowering one point in the map it lowers the full map by whatever percentage you want just don\'t forget to turn it back up after the mot. If emmisions are a long way out then just lower the mix until it idles like a pig you should be okay then. If its a decent tester he\'ll let you turn it down whilst on the emmisions test machine so you can see what you are doing. Next year you no what pertentage to pull then.

Thanks Kev

After looking at the manual that makes perfect sense.

The guy on the tester said it was well over almost double, It was tuned on the dyno back in August as well !

Many thanks
