I\'m on a D* as well, never had any probs with car theft/damage as far as I know ( not counting the witless f*ckmuppet who swiped the rather shabby looking 14" wheel trims off my mondeo a few weeks ago!!)

Mum and Dad get a C for where they live, they\'ve both had their cars broken into, mum\'s more than once....

makes you wonder.....

Ha, this proves what total rubbish it all is... BL7 has little la-di-dah villages full of Boxsters and Billy Barratt houses, and also has gangland at the other end of it. How can they both be the same risk?! How?

I\'m in an F*... but the RX8 can\'t possibly cost me any more than the Z... can it? (And sure enough I couldn\'t get any second-car policies on the Z because it\'s not garaged!)

Depends if its an import.

I looked into insurance for for an RX7 a while ago:

£1,000+ for STD imported RX7 with £400+ excess
£700+ for STD UK RX 7 also £400+ excess
under £600 for a 230 hp RX8 with £200 excess

I won\'t say what I was quoted on a std nissan Skyline GTS T
