Stupid question ahoy...

Firstly, yes they are getting replaced before it goes on the road.. I don\'t fancy crashing my car for the sake of a £250 pair of tyres.

I\'ve replaced the two fronts as they were down to the wear marks, But I just wanted to know will the two rear\'s get me through a MOT? They are virtually brand new, so no worries about tread depth. But because their Jap will they be ok?

Next tuesday it\'s going over to Pip\'s for a compression test, re-map and then on for a MOT... obviously I don\'t wanna take it to fail on something silly. Any MOT testers on here?

Cheers, Matt

your tyres will pass fine bud, as long as they have the correct depth then it dosnt matter, iv had cars come in with snow tyres on lol.. they pass fine :D

Yes mate, i have some on mine and they are nigh impossible to get hold of in the uk. I have Neova AD07 fitted and even though they are jap they still grip like a bear, but only in the dry! To buy they are around £222 each!!! :eek

Well it passed it\'s MOT fine with them on.. I havent swapped them for F1\'s yet, but it\'s not on the road till next week.

I\'ve Neova\'s on the rear on my FD and they are really great in the dry...slippery when wet though...real slippery...

Does sound very funny when alot of people says that Jap tires are rubbish.. Since Bridgestone,Advan,Yoko all come from Japan... :P
