Overboost

Hi guys,
Iv finally sorted the hunting and missfiring with my engine, it turned out to be a dodgy FPR so i now have a nice beffy one.
 
Anyway, since iv had it on the road its been sound and boosting fine untill i had a look at my Boost controller gauge which said iv been running 1.3bar in high boost instead of 1bar and been running 1bar in low boost instead of 0.8bar. Iv had a good look round the engine bay but nothing really jumps out at me. Does anybody know if the FPR was set up wrong it may influence the boost levels? or has anybody got any other ideas?
