You need the exact oil spec from Mazda. (Handbook). However I use  the correct grade of Valvoline SynPower fully synthetic gear oil in the gearbox and diff of our FB.(75-90 Grade). Very quiet and smooth with it in.

Just put in Silkolyne Pro-R 75-90 I think it is, the race gear oil in both diff and gear box and it\'s superb, made a huge difference! I can now change gear when it\'s cold and once warmed up it\'s all silky smooth, nice :D
Montego Blue 94 R2 FD3S... Bling not included.

Depends what you want with the car and power outputs normal 75w90 is fine but if moneys no object then go with a full synthetic. Unless you\'ve an aftermarket plate type diff and then you need a wet clutch type oil.

car running 343bhp at fly, standard diff, so fully synthetic 75w90 gear oil is best then??

just a quick Hijack...

what oil should I out in my diff... its apparently a "FEED spec 2 way diff" (no idea what the FEED spec bit refers to - are their diffs different?)

anyway, what spec oil should I put in it...
