how do i get rid of an airlock on my rx gen 3

I am having major problems with my rex.. first of all it dumped water out to the expansion tank and nearly overheated.. ro tecknics told me it was the radiator cap seal... well that worked fopr a couple of days now it just boils up with a massive air lock.. please help...any ideas...Thanks

just do a search mate, its called bleeding, same theory as doin your brakes.. heres a link...
