Hi All,

Ive had my gen2 egi for around 6 months now, but not until recently the alt belt has started slipping and making horrible screetching noise.

After speaking to a few rotorheads at rotorstock, I have ordered 2 new alt belts, and power sttering belt, and twin sheave alt pulley.

It basically seems, that when I bought the car, the air pump was removed, and a block off plate was put on.

But the heat exchange was still there, it was blowing so I removed it and had straight through pipe welded in.

After readin a few previous threads, and getting confused, there was some mention of air pump facilitating 5th and 6th ports????

Does this mean they now open later???

Also what else has to be done once air pump is removed, apart from block off plate,

Any other pipes, breather pipes nedd blocking etc....

Thanks,

Matt
