Right. Since importing my rx7 i have had problems starting it.  I changed the plugs and that seemed to have solved the problem.  Though today it just won\'t fire.  I have had the plugs out and dried them but it still does not fire, nearly does, sounds like it is going to go then just dies.  The car has done 100km and i am going to be taking the engine out in the next month or so as my project progresses but i wanted to keep the engine going so that i could move it about...  Does it sound like its died on me.

Any advice or tips on how to get it going would be great.

Cheers

Best tow it to get it started easier and quicker.

Octane boost in the petrol and heat the plugs up before putting them back in, this dry\'s them up properly, but will also aid in starting the car. Has to be done quickly though otherwise they will have cooled down again:)

Good luck, Paul

If you can.. keep cranking it with throttle wide open..I flooded mine the other day and I just kept going until it started... took around 30 goes in 2 days... eventually the \'nearly\' firing sound will got better and fired properly with lots of smoke from the exhaust.
