Cheers dude, next will be a block rebuild ! i\'ll give anything a go lol

arrouk

lol you have done the hardest thing. twins with the engin in.

motor out is easy and there isnt that much in a rotary, altough i was just a pair of hands when we striped my block.

matt

John_Hudson

time to find a block then i guess ;)

My new FSE power boost valve arrived earlier on in the week and today ive just taken the delivery on my new sparkplugs and freshly cleaned 850 injectors !!
(Many thanks pip for a super fast turn arond ! )

Im really looking forward to getting it all set up :D

John_Hudson

well... set back number one has arrived !!

I was tightenening up an oil line from the 2ndary turbo as i had a slight leak and sheered a bolt, oops turbos to come out again, ive already removed all the cr*p  so they will be out again tomorrow, the offending bolt will be removed and thread retapped ready for re-installation on saturday :evillaugh

Jim_rx7

What\'s a power boost valve mate??

John_Hudson

fuel pressure regulator

Jim_rx7

Aaah... FPR... I get ya! :)

John_Hudson

well turbos are out again, stud has been removed from the 2ndary oil line and its all sorted, however another stud snapped while removing the turbo\'s from the manifold so again, its mission almost impossible !!

John_Hudson

big update from last time, had some major problems getting the snapped manifold stud out, so had to buy another one from jitesh ( many thanks!) got it home on the sat and re converted it to non seq and the turbo\'s are now back in and running fine.  then on the monday i went to see Trex ( Dom ) for fitment of my FPR & NGK 11, plugs and in general for a social, cheers dude! ;)

Then finally today, dyno time i traveled all the way to WGT and after the first run, it made 354 RWHP at 0.8bar then after turning it up a notch it achieved a wopping 369.8 RWHP ( 436.4 FWHP ) with a torque of 396 at 0.9 my stock ports were holding it back so not much more could be achieved, i think ive worked out what i want to do next to the car but im going to enjoy it as is for now.  Again thanks to everyone thats helped me along the way, esp to Dom

Here are the dyno sheets ( also reposted in dyno section)
