Inserts as in replacement ones for the JIC coilovers? I\'m a dealer for JIC

That\'s interesting. Could you get a set rebuild, and would it be possible to have a damer insert with an aduster fitted to a set JIC\'s that are curently only height adjustable?

I have been onto JIC they don\'t make generic adjustible shocks they are car specific. At the moment it dosn\'t look like they do them for the RX7.I have sent them another e-mail as they didn\'t anwser my question properly so i\'ll know more tomorrow.

TonyC all the current JIC models are hight and damper adjustible.

Yes mate, im looking at buying a set but the rears are leaking, inserts I would say are the shocker alone, would you be able to price a set up? forgot to say they are for an FD

I know, but I had an older set currently on the car that are not adjustable for damping - which is a shame. If I can get these setup for damping adjustment than it saves me having to but a new set of coilovers.
These are the front:

rear: I know the springs ar eloose on full droop - the helper spring is missing.

I\'ll buy my own new springs to my spec - would be nice to not have to buy new coilovers though!

Personally i\'d buy a new set. The technology they have in the new versions are very good. I havn\'t had a chance to play with an FD with the FLT-A2 or RS\'s on but i did a set you a guy with an EVO and they where fantasicly well balanced.

I\'m sure that you can\'t update the old shocks with new inserts. If helper spring are of any use then just let me know.

Hi there i have heard back form JIC. The inserts are not the easiest parts to get hold of. Its likely they will need to come form Japan.

I will need to know exactly what JIC coilovers you have. either:
FLT-1
FLT-A1
FLT-A2

they range price wise form £169 to £200 each. Please add the VAT to those prices.

All the best
