Plastic refurbishment?

Hi guys,
 
Not sure this is the place for this question but thought I\'d give it a go.
 
The interior of my car is badly scratched up and I\'m considering redoing it but not 100% sure how its done. I fancy spraying it grey too!
 
Anybody got any ideas?
 
Failing this, Ill have to buy some new stuff!
