Are you referring to the MRC stand or the event in general?  Any Jap car club I believe would be welcome.

As Mazda Rotary Club we would be looking to only have rotary cars on the club stand.

No you do not have to be a club member, just turned up in your Rotary is all that will be required.

There willbe no stand passes.  The orgnaisers know that we will be coming along so will allocate us an appropriate club space for everyone to park their
Rotaries.

Just to let you know that after a bit of confusion from the Z- Club over our invite to Billing, I can confirm that I have just spoken to Richard from the
Mazda 323gtx club who has been behind the scenes organizing this event that MRC will definitely be attending Billing on the weekend of the 14th &
15th July.

It will be very much a laid back weekend and we are hoping to organize a club BBQ for the Saturday night - more details to follow regarding this.

Note from Richard:- All we ask from our members is that we work with site Security to stomp on any of the anti-social behavior. Not that your members will need it and I knew that when I first contacted you, but it’s not the place for attempting land speed records. ¼ mile times and maximum volume levels!


Please note that by attending Billing on the 14th & 15th July we will not be attending JAE at Peterborough.  Lets hope that everyone who attends has a great time and hope that MRC gets invited back again next year.

We are NOT going back to Billing.  Please see the thread link below.

Unfortunately we were invited to attend Billing by someone who was not organizing the event and this has caused a lot of confusion  not only for MRC but other clubs also. We hope that Billing will be a definite for 2008 - watch this space!

But if these are private meets then theres no need to push the issue really, if we were having our own Mazda meet and everyone wanted to attend we would be p\'d off too.

Exactly! which is why I have not pursued it any further after todays conversation with the Club Secretary of the Toyota\'s club, they have agreed to invite MRC next year.
