Apexi PFC + Blitz Dual SBC settings help!

Finally got the FD boosting above 0.57bar!  Now it\'s gone the other way and reaching 1.14bar boost

I have an Apexi PFC (yet to be remapped) and a Blitz Dual SBC. The problem with the boost was that the boost controller was not plumbed in!!!  Ok, so it\'s plummed in but boosting to high.  

Anyone got this combo and can pass me some safe settings to use on the boost controller?

Come on lads.......give me the formula!!!  I know lots of you have the Blitz fitted.
