Anbody know who does this in South London or close by at all?

All the people I can find don\'t touch split rims.

Also, I\'m considering spraying them blackand guess what? I can\'t find anyone that does this either.

Either theres no-one that does it near me or I\'m crap with Google!:xconfused

Funny that, I was going to ask the same question as I\'ve got some Watanabe RS-8 splitties for the convertible that want refurbishing...

nope....no luck unfortunately.

God this is proving difficult!

I split mine myself then found companies to do what was needed, either powder coat or polishing. Then put them back together.

I ended up wuth the full polishing, all done for £200
I started with nothing and I have most of it left

Ideally, I need a mobile repair company as I work rubbish hours.

Hi John, how difficult is it to piece it back together again?

johnf

These are my three piece, before and after.

Took hours to undo thee 160 bolts, then used a gentle dritf to seperate them.

My RE wheels have a recess for the air valve so getting them back together in the right place wasn\'t a problem.

I did mark each set so I knew what belonged to what

I used a sealant between all the faces and did have one small leak, so had to strip one wheel down and do it again

I think the people below refurb split rims for the likes for Merc, Porsche and a few other big boys.
