Upgrated Radiator fans... is there such a thing?

Curious if there\'s such a thing as uprated rad fans?

yes, have a look for Kenlowe, Pacet etc.  I didn\'t think there was much wrong with the standard FD fans though? 2 off good sized fans.

Was just curious if there was anything better, or if the FD ones were sufficient?

I\'m getting a new block put in the car, and just wanting to make sure everything is in tip top working condition.

I think you\'ll find the existing rad fans are more than up to the job. I doubt many cars have often engaged full throttle on the existing fans, they have 3 levels of operation depending on temp (although the aircon will kick it up a level). You will probably lose this "stepped" functionality if you upgrade.

Saying that, I wouldn\'t mind a "thinner" set up!
