Does anyone have any experience with one of these? Will it actually fit in tank? Also does it have problems with low fuel levels that other aftermarket pumps sometimes have?

This is what RHD Japan say about it:

You are viewing Brand New High Flow Fuel Pump by SARD. The fuel pump is an intank unit with a flow rate of 280 liters per hour which will support up to approximately 550hp.
The diameter measures 51mm and has a length of 126mm. SARD fuel pumps will supply the excess fuel demanded on vehicles with upgrade injectors, increased boost, large turbine kits, additional injectors, etc.

I have a standard FD pump infront of me.

Height including sock is 130mm
Diameter (not including sock) less than 50mm

Hope that helps some! :)

Just not worth the money. Get the Denso Pump from the EU Spec Toyota Supra MKIV we meassured that at over 300L/h and its silent and reliable.

I have the SARD 280l/h pump, and it is a straight fit afaik. I havn\'t been able to fit it due to a friend needing help with his silvia. But I have heard alot of people using them in fd\'s

Well hmmm, this makes my life a bit difficult.

I need a new fuel pump. I\'ve had my engine ported by Carl, just finishing the running in, and I want him to fit a new fuel system (Secondary rail, larger injectors, FPR and new pump)

Now my original plan was to get an Apexi BCNR33 pump, as I\'d heard these were good and didn\'t suffer with low fuel problems like other pumps can.

However these pumps are proving a bit tricky to find. Sooooooo going back to the drawing board, I need a good pump. I saw the SARD one on RHDJapan and thought it might be good (and it looks cheaper than the Apexi one), how easy is it to get the Supra one?

This I know is suddenly opening a whole can of worms and someone will chuck in the idea of getting a bosch 044, but I don\'t want to have an in-line pump. I know it can be modded to fit in-tank...but why bother paying for the pump and for it to be modded when something else will do the job?

Forgot to say: it needs to be able to cope with going single at some point in the future(Probably GT35R).

Current Mods are: Mild Ported Engine by Carl Hayward, Apexi GT Intercooler, Koyo N-Flo Rad, Modded Apexi Intake, Mongoose Exhaust, with Decat, Apexi ECU mapped by Hayward Rotary. Fuel Mods to be added when remapped (Hopefully) are Aeromotive FPR, Secondary Fuel Rail and 1680cc injectors and THIS pump.

Getting the Denso isnt really a problem you can buy them from any Toyota Dealer or go cheaper and get them from the US. Stores like Titanmotorsports carry them in stock.

It even outflowed the Bosch Pump on the test bed and thats for half the price. I\'m not really a fan of dual or even tripple pump setups and a race engineer over here tested out a lot of pumps like the Walbro, Nismo Fuel Pump, Supra and so on and the Supra came out on top.

I would guess if you post it on GTR or skylineowners forums that you are after one there will be someone who can get them ?
