Don\'t think you actually did anything wrong in principle....but without looking at the video of what you did, guess I cant comment completely

Coming out of Quarry....you are hard on the power until the braking marker, then most of the braking is done obviously in a straight line, but then you trail the brakes through the first part of the Esses so as to keep the weight over the front wheels.....this then aids the turn in and you start getting on the power, half power only then short shift into 4th before paddock bend....then flat out!!!! :D

So the question is, when you applied the brakes, did you do it smoothly?  Or did you stamp on the brakes whilst turning in.....?

I really wish Id been running the car that day!

m4drx  it\'s an easy repair, day max will see it back on the car and painted although at the rate im going it will be a very long day!since friday morning i\'ve been looking at it and thinking i\'d better get on with it so far i\'ve managed to take the bumper off the car then stopped for a cuppa and thats it.

Atomic rex  i was on the brakes coming up to the first corner and realised i had brake fade tried turning in whilst still quite heavy on the brakes so thats why the back come round:spank should of not tried to take the corner and just run off on to the run off area through the tyres and rejoined the track, There is a lot to think about when your actually out there doing over a 120 with a corner coming up,-when to start braking ,how fast your gonna take it, check mirrors,who\'s around you gonna pull a stupid maneuver and thats befor the corner then you gotta think about your exit and how fast your coming out,These arnt my excuses but it was my first time out on the track.
Dont know how good my lap time is but my best was a 1min 30
