Just the main egi fuse iirc. I took the leading plugs out and heated them  up. Cranked the motor over (hopefully your battery is fully charged!) to spit the fuel out, and then replace plugs and hope for the best :D  Some people put transmission oil in the plug holes to help with compression before they attempt to start.

I had a problem with flooding on my \'93 rex too. One of the threads said to remove the EGI relay and the fuse. My own fault I know but I damaged the relay getting it out. Result was there was a constant drain of 2A from the battery, even with ignition off, so it was new battery for me. Just a word to the wise if you ever have to take this out. Removing the fuse only would have been a lot easier. Finally traced the problem and she has been running like a train ever since. You could always change the plugs to BUREQ9P\'s as well. Some put 7\'s in the leading ports, but 9\'s all round work fine.

I had a huge problem with flooding a while back. I changed the plugs and hy presto it was cured.

BUt yes just main EGI fuse will do the trick

Just the main egi fuse  that should do the trick mate
