How do I delimit my RX

For the dull and uninitiated could you please advise me the best way / kit for converting KPH-MPH and also at the same time delimiting.

I have heard for the delimiting you just snip two wires off the 20pin connector , cant be that simple, can it?.

dont think it\'ll be that simple. As far as i know you need a chip of some sort to plyg in behind the dash or something.
