which wires in the head unit control the ariel to go up and down? my ariel stopped working about 2 weeks after i put my head unit in and it stuck up.

The standard FD power aerial isn\'t directly compatible with most modern heads; you\'ll need to fit a relay.

thanks where would i get 1 from and is that easy to do?

Should be able to get a relay from Halfrauds. I\'m going off the top of my head here, you\'ll probably need to 1) wire the aerial feed from the new head unit through the coil of the relay, with the other end of the coil earthed, then 2) wire the exisiting aerial wiring through the switch part of the relay. Have a look at this link, which has the wiring diagram for the radio.....
