yeah just what in the filter and plate, should not be any dramas, did one a while ago, with some help on a first gen not a lot came out

antnicuk

you wont lose any, all the oil will have drained into the sump. I did mine last week.  real easy job.
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

the oil shouldnt drain back to the sump as this would mean the system wuold have to purge everytime u started your engine, there will be a non return valve sumwhere, the rx7 has a very smally filter tho and you\'d only loose a gobfull

has any1 go a greddy one with a apexi oil temp gauge init just like to know if it fits b4 i buy one

gmogle

I have the Greddy one with a Blitz gauge in it.

Whenever I change the oil filter I always have to undo the connector above it (TPS I think) then plug it back on afterwards.....just a word of warning !!

Worst case scenario you\'ll lose the oil in the filter, just top up as required. Best case, you won\'t lose any as it will have drained into the sump mate.
I have a Raid sandwich plate on my engine, good bit of kit. Nice shiny blue too. Easy to fit.
