According to this post on rx7club it\'s half decent.

It doesn\'t have a nipple for the AST though, so it\'s not strictly a direct replacement. Oh, and it doesn\'t have a drain plug either, but that\'s not such a problem.

You might want to clarify these points with the seller.

The club will have no problem with this particular group but it must be for no profit and as discused at the AGM  must have a know full club member at the head of it.


Any of the above advertisers are welcome to offer an alternative but seeing as the e-bay rad sold for £176 I doubt there will be an alternative.

As a responsible club we must however point out that attempting to bring in large items like this may well incure Vat and duty so please make sure you are prepared to pay extra for this.

Also I followed the RX-7 club link and there is actually no feed back on the item!.

And lastly please remember that you get what you pay for and "if" these items prove to be sub standard in any way please DO-NOT blame either the club member or the club for any problems that may arise.

What about the Koyo ones they go for about 50 pounds more, but are still alot cheaper than buying in the UK.

I looked into buying one of these and asked about on the US forums etc but no one was running them? when i asked why there reply was "well a rad is one of the most important things on an Fd so people buy tried and tested rads that have twin pass cores so you don\'t end up with the water taking the easyest route"

Thats why i bought a PWR Race rad (tried and tested), if i had\'nt got that i\'d have bought the New Koyo N-flo (think thats what its called) there on the high side of £200 but do the job better than most out there plus from what i read they ARE a Direct Replacment.
